Hinge/Single Leg/Gymnastics Day- skill work will be wall facing handstand push-ups, shrimps/pistols, and pull-ups. Strength will be a 5x5 deadlift. Conditioning will be suitcase step-ups, ring dips or ring push-ups, and weighted tuck-ups
