Small Group Olympic Lifting
These sessions are popular with CrossFit athletes looking to improve their technique. Most of the time, in a CrossFit class setting, there isn't a lot of time for the coach to work individually with athletes, and most coaches do not specialize in Olympic lifting.
These sessions are 1 hour and have up to 4 athletes. They are coached by Sara and her partner, Mike Castaldy (USAW level 2 certified).

Mike Castaldy writes individual programming for you to follow on your own or with the rest of the team when your schedule allows. Both Sara and Mike act as team coaches. We have athletes of all ages, including masters athletes who compete on the international level.

Out-Fit Weightlifting Intensives
These are small group sessions coached by Mike Castaldy and Sara. Organized by Out-Fit for the LGBTQ community, each intensive is 5 weeks long and focuses on one of the Olympic lifts. Sessions are 90 minutes and capped at 5 athletes.
