About Me
I have coached over 7,500 CrossFit classes and trained clients for over 10,000 hours. The most important thing I have learned is that how you move matters. My training style focuses on proper body mechanics, finding a balance of mobility and stability, and strengthening both intrinsic and extrinsic muscles.
I work with clients ages 14 and up, from all backgrounds, and with a multitude of goals. Specialties include general physical preparedness, Olympic style weightlifting, sports specific training, teen training, and injury rehab/prevention.
