Hinge/Single Leg Day- we are starting a new cycle that will include pistol and gymnastics skill work! Today will be some hip flexor work, then slow box step-ups and wall facing handstand push-ups. Conditioning will be suitcase reverse lunges, dual db/kb squats, and V-ups
