Wednesday, February 10th Strength/Conditioning

We are up and running! Class times will be 6am, 7am, 8am, and 12pm. Open gym is from 9am-12pm. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR CLASS IN VAGARO. Strength will be backs squats, conditioning will be push ups, goblet squats, and V ups. Bring a mat/towel.
