6am-12pm: Open Gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up
12pm: PUMP day- mostly chest and back with a little bit of biceps at the end. You have bench press, dual dumbbell bent over row, dual dumbbell bench press, strict pull-ups, med ball push-ups, ring rows, and dumbbell biceps curls
