Olympic Lifting- focus will be on the snatch this week. Primers will be muscle snatch + snatch balance + dip snatch. You will then do snatch from above the knee with a 3 sec hold in the landing, then snatch from above the knee without the hold. You will finish with snatch pulls with a pause in extension
