Steak Frites


Ingredients:

4 oz London Broil

5 oz sweet potato

1/2 bag mixed greens

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp red wine vinegar

2 shakes oregano

Salt

Pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice the sweet potato. Spray with cooking spray and put in air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees

  2. In a small dish, mix olive oil, vinegar, oregano, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Put greens in a bowl and toss with dressing

  3. Heat a skillet over high heat. Dice the beef and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for about 3 minutes

  4. Put greens on a plate. Add sweet potato. Top sweet potato fries with steak and a drizzle of A1
