Big Mac Salad


1 lb 96% lean ground beef

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup diced yellow onion

2 Tbsp Kewpie mayo

1 Tbsp Beaver deli mustard

1 Tbsp ketchup

1 Tbsp Vlasic dill relish

1 diced pickle


  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season ground beef with sal and pepper. Brown and strain, then divide into 4 even porions. Put 3 portions in Tupperware and refrigerate up to 5 days

  2. Put lettuce, tomato, onion, and 1 serving of ground beef in a salad bowl

  3. In a small dish, combine mayo, mustard, ketchup, relish, and pickle. Mix well. Pour dressing on top of salad and toss until evenly coated
