Protein Oatmeal


1 package Kreatures of Habit Proataganist oatmeal (I used chocolate)

1 cup water/milk of your choice (I used water)

Your choice of toppings- I used 2 Tbsp slivered almonds for extra fat


  1. Mix oatmeal with 1 cup water/milk in a microwave safe dish

  2. Microwave on high for 90 sec

  3. Remove from microwave and top with whatever you like

Total Time- 4:13


*this is for oatmeal only, made with water, no toppings

Protein- 30g

Fat- 7g

Carbs- 47g
