Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1 package Kreatures of Habit Proataganist oatmeal (I used chocolate)
1 cup water/milk of your choice (I used water)
Your choice of toppings- I used 2 Tbsp slivered almonds for extra fat

Directions:
Mix oatmeal with 1 cup water/milk in a microwave safe dish
Microwave on high for 90 sec
Remove from microwave and top with whatever you like
Total Time- 4:13

Carbs- 47g
