9am- Mobility/Stability in studio with special guest Coach Steph!!!! In case you didn't already know this, Steph is a former collegiate gymnast and coaches gymnastics at the YMCA. You should DEFINITELY show up to stretch with her today!!

10:15am- SAQ will meet at the handball courts at Chelsea Park with Steph. I will text everyone signed up by 8am if she needs to move indoors due to weather. I have left the workout up to her, but I believe you will be seeing a lot of hurdle work :)
