Pork With Mustard-y Onions and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

1 lb thinly sliced center cut boneless pork chops

1 package Original Shake N' Bake

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 white onion, thinly sliced

8 oz sliced mushrooms

Salt and pepper

1 tsp chopped garlic

3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally

  3. While onions are cooking, line a baking sheet with foil. Put the Shake N' Bake in a bag, add pork, and shake until coated evenly. Put on the baking sheet and place in oven for 7 minutes or until cooked through

  4. Once onions are starting to turn translucent, add the mushrooms, Worcestershire, and Dijon. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until beginning to caramelize. Add salt and pepper to taste

  5. Put 1/4 of the pork and 1/4 of the mushrooms and onions on a plate and serve. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days
