New back squat cycle starts today! Everything will be based off of 90% of your 1 rep max- we will be considering this your "working max". You will do 3x5, weights will be 65%-75%-85% of your working max. You will superset with weighted forearm planks. Conditioning will be an AMRAP of burpees, wall balls, and med ball sit-ups
