Monday, October 5th Outdoor Class
6am, 7am, 8am, 9am will meet at the basketball courts. We will be doing pull ups, dips, and Bulgarian split squats for strength. Then a tabata to finish. Bring your gloves and a mat/towel.
12pm class will meet at the track for kettlebell class. We will be doing snatch skill work so bring your wrist guards.
