Monday, March 29th

We are starting a new 8 week cycle today. Day 1 will still be back squats. Day 2 will be overhead with a focus on the overhead squat. Day 3 will be a long endurance day, every other endurance day will be at Chelsea Park (weather permitting). Day 4 will be a single leg and hinge day.


We are testing 1 rep max back squat today, so come well rested. We will do a nice long warm up, and I will give you as much time as you need to test. Conditioning will be a very short 5 minute bodyweight workout.
