Monday, January 11th Outdoor Class

8am: Playground. You have tempo pull ups, diamond push ups, side plank bridges, shuttle runs, and burpee pull ups. Bring a mat/towel and gloves.

12pm: Kettlebells. You have goblet lunges, farmers carries, Russian swings, deadlifts, goblet squats, push ups, and planks. Bring a mat/towel and gloves.
