Back Squat Cycle Day 5. You will start with a 6 min AMRAP of 3 wall facing handstand push-ups, 4 strict pull-ups, and 5 goblet squats. Strength will be 5x5 back squats, slightly heavier than 4/15/22. Conditioning will be goblet squats, med ball push-ups, and box jumps
