The forecast calls for "light rain" all morning. I am not canceling any classes and will be at the park no matter what. Bring your rain gear! We will be doing a hero WOD called "Bert", but with a partner to make the volume more manageable. You will be running a total of 7 laps, doing burpees, push ups, lunges, and air squats. Bring a mat/towel, gloves, good running shoes, water, and show up hydrated!
