Overhead Day- Push Jerk Cycle Day 3. Revised schedule today- classes will be at 7am, 8am, and 12pm. THERE IS NO 6AM OR 9AM!!!! You will have special guest Coach Lucy today! Strength will be a 10 minute EMOM of 2 push jerks. Conditioning will be suitcase squat jumps and dual DB/KB push press
