Air Fryer Maple Soy Salmon and Asparagus


Ingredients:

4 oz salmon

Salt and pepper

200g asparagus

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp low sodium soy sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Pat salmon dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper

  2. Ina small dish, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Spoon half of the sauce over the salmon

  3. Put the salmon (skin side down) and asparagus in air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes

  4. Remove from air fryer and put on a plate. Add salt and pepper to asparagus as desired. Spoon remaining sauce over salmon
