7am, 8am, 9am will be kettlebells. We will be going pretty heavy on the legs today with dual kb deadlifts, swings, and squats. Then single arm swings, goblet lunges, and push ups. You won't need anything except your wrist guards.
12pm class will meet at the basketball courts. We will do tempo pull ups, slow negative step ups, box HSPU, bar dips, and toes to bar. You will need gloves and a mat/towel.
