Wednesday, October 21st Outdoor Class
7am, 8am, 9am: Kettlebells. We will start with an overhead stability piece of pressing and windmills. Then for conditioning you will do a partner workout of clean+lunge, kettlebell foot taps, burpees over the bell, and American swings. You need wrist guards, gloves, and a mat/towel
12pm: Playground. Pull ups, push ups, decline sit ups, and zercher squats. Bring gloves and I suggest a long sleeve shirt to protect your forearms for the zercher squats.
