7am, 8am, 9am: Kettlebells. We will be doing a single leg Romanian deadlift and bent over row combo. Then a kettlebell variation of Fight Gone Bad with snatches, goblet squats, push press, cleans, and American swings. Bring your wrist guards.
12pm: Playground. We will be doing rows and knee raises on the dip bar. Then a descending ladder of lateral bench step overs, chin ups, and dips. Bring gloves or grips.
