Endurance Day- since most people are away over the weekend and I am closed on Memorial Day, we will be doing "Murph" today!!! 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run. I promise I will have scaling options for all of you, don't be intimidated by the volume
