7am and 8am: Kettlebells. You have split jerks, bent over rows, swings, goblet squats, goblet reverse lunges, push press, and push ups. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.
12pm: Playground. You have bar dips, straight leg raises, pull ups, V ups, planks, push ups, and burpees. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.
