Overhead Day- we will be doing rhythm dip + push press for strength. This is a drill to help get you out of your head and to prevent an early arm push for the push press. We will also do heavy jerk dips to continue working on front rack strength. Conditioning will be a 30 on, 30 off of rowing mountain climbers, and an overhead db/kb static hold
