12pm: PUMP day! I intentionally kept it easy on your chest/back today as we are doing "Murph" tomorrow. So you have piston press, seated lateral raise, strict toes to bar, farmers/waiters static hold, plank walkouts, plank-ups, seated curls, and dual DB kick-backs
