6am-12pm: open gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up
12pm: Pump day- you have max effort db bench press, max effort ring rows, chest flies + wine openers (you'll have to show up to find out what these are!), seated db press, tempo curls, and tuck-ups plus hold in hollow
