We will be working with kettlebells on Thursday. Our warm up will be a segmented TGU, so you might want a mat or towel to lay down on. We will also continue to do some snatch skill work, so if you have forearm guards you should bring them with you. I'll bring some chalk as conditioning will be long and sweaty.
