Olympic Lifting- class times are at 9:30am, 11:30am, and 12:30pm. Focus is on the snatch this week. Primers will be muscle snatch + overhead squat + snatch balance. You will then test a 1 rep max so we have a number to work off of going forward. If there is extra time, you will do a 5x3 overhead squat at 80% of your 1 rep max snatch
