THE STUDIO IS CLOSED THIS WEEKEND!!! Mike is doing the floors, so we are at Chelsea Park on Saturday.
10am: SAQ- long warm up working towards single leg jumping. Then a few cone drills and speed ladder work. Wear shoes that support your ankles for lateral movement.
11am: Mobility/Stability- full body stretching and a few movement correctives for hip imbalances. Bring a mat/towel
