ALL SESSIONS WILL BE IN STUDIO DUE TO RAIN!!!!

9, 10, 11am: SAQ. We will do a long warm up, then some super fun speed/coordination drills with PVC pipes. Then work on single leg jumping/stability using cones and low hurdles.

2:30pm- Mobility/Stability. Focus will be on shoulders and thoracic spine this week.
