8am-10am: Open Gym. Please sign up through Vagaro so I can put a workout into True Coach for you

10am: SAQ. We will be in studio this week. I know it's going to be nice outside, but Mike is away and I'm covering clients for him all morning and won't make it to the park in time. Hopefully starting next week we can transition back to Chelsea Park!

11:30am- Mobility/Stability. Focus will be on the hips this week

11am-1:30pm: Open Gym. Please sign up through Vagaro so I can put a workout in True Coach for you
