10am- SAQ at Chelsea Park. We will do some sprint drills, cone drills, and speed ladder. Wear shoes that support your ankles for lateral movement.
11:30am- Mobility/Stability at the studio. Focus will be on hips/legs. We will be doing a few single leg stability exercises to finish.
