Classes will be in the new space today!!! Address is 250 W 26th st, suite 202. It is day 14 of our back squat cycle- you will do 3x3 at 70-80-90%. Conditioning will be two 5 min AMRAPs. Movements are squat jumps, push-ups, American kb swings, and burpees
