Monday, January 18th Outdoor Class

Sara Carr Fitness

8am: Playground. You have pull ups, ring support holds, ring rows, hanging knee raises, Zercher squats, and step ups. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.


12pm: Kettlebells. We will start with some overhead work. Then you have a 20 min EMOM of single arm squat cleans and single arm swings. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.
