Friday, February 12th Strength/Conditioning

Overhead focused day using kettlebells. We will do a little bit of handstand work in the warm up, then Z piston presses and hip swipes for strength. Conditioning will be a long interval workout of kb snatches, push presses, and windmills. Bring your wrist guards and a mat/towel.
