New hinge cycle- this one will only be 4 sessions of high volume Romanian deadlifts that will then transition to single leg Romanian deadlifts when we finish our lunge cycle. Strength will be supersetted with elevator push-ups this week. Conditioning will be a 12 min ascending ladder of no push-up burpees, box jumps, and American KB swings
