Revised schedule today because I AM TAKING THE DAY OFF! You will be with guest coach Lucy, she is teaching class at 7am, 8am, and 12pm. There will be no 6am or 9am. Overhead day- strength will be 5x5 push press, conditioning will be an AMRAP of push-ups or ring dips, dual DB push press, and V-ups
