Hinge/Single Leg/Gymnastics Day- you will be with special guest coach Stephanie!!! Since she is a gymnastics expert, I am letting her choose skill work for part A. Strength will be 4x6 deadlifts. Conditioning will be "Annie"- double unders and sit-ups
