Hinge Day (this would usually be an endurance day, but we are doing Murph on Friday so I switched it up)- you will find a 3 rep max deadlift for the day in 15 minutes, then a 1 rep max power clean from above the knee in 10 minutes. Conditioning will be hang power cleans and no push-up burpees over the bar
