REDUCED SCHEDULE TODAY!!!! There will be no classes, but Johnny will have the studio open from 8am-1pm for open gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for everyone. It is a pump day- you have bench press, lateral raises, seated db press, supinated grip barbell row, bicep curl static holds, diamond push-ups, and weighted forearm planks
