6am-12pm: Open Gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up- you will be testing a 1RM bench press. Please grab me, Mike, or someone else in the studio to spot you once you get to your max attempts

12pm: PUMP day. You will do a 1RM bench press test. Then drop sets, pull-ups, chest flies, rear delt flies, curls, and MB push-ups
