Open Gym: 7am-12pm. I will have individual programming for everyone who is signed up in the app TrueCoach.

12pm: Since we are doing a long endurance day on Friday this week, we will do a little bit of speed ladder work followed by single leg stability. Wear shoes that support your ankles for lateral movement.
