9am- Olympic Lifting. You have muscle clean + front squat, clean from mid thigh, clean from below the knee, and then clean from the floor

10am- this will be an endurance workout instead of mobility today. You have an AMRAP of ring or bench dips, step-ups, double unders, Russian kb swings, burpees, and chin-ups
