Back Squat Cycle Day 4- you have a 3x5 at 65%-75%-85%. Percentages this week will be based off of your working 1RM + 5#, so there will be a slight increase in weight from what you did on Day 1. Conditioning will be intervals of rowing, wall balls, and pull-ups
