Overhead day- we will start a new cycle of push presses today! Focus will be on the overhead position this week- we will do behind the neck push press with a 3 second hold overhead. Then we will do some front rack work. Conditioning will be a partner workout of barbell thrusters, ring dips or hard push ups, and box jumps
