Hinge/Single Leg/Gymnastics Day- same AMRAP to start of pistols/shrimp squats and strict pull-ups. Then strength will be your last day of 3x8 deadlifts (next time will be 4x6). Conditioning will be an EMOM of ring dips, row, and goblet reverse lunges
