Hinge/Single Leg Day with special guest Coach Nate! THERE IS NO 6AM CLASS TODAY. Strength will be an EMOM of 1 clean + 1/leg front rack reverse lunge. Conditioning will be barbell thrusters, med ball jumping lunges, and med ball overhead sit-ups
