Hinge/single leg/gymnastics day. For skill work, you will do an AMRAP of wall facing handstand push-ups, pistols or shrimp squats, and strict pull-ups. Strength will be 4x6 deadlifts. Since you already had two longer conditioning workouts this week, today will be more strength based. You will do goblet step-up to reverse lunge and ab work- for quality!!!
